Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). She also incorporates a relational perspective in her work and has completed Level 1 training in the Gottman Method, supporting improved communication and connection within relationships.

Carry has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She also works with children and families to support emotional development and strengthen relational dynamics.
