My Story
Carry is a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern who works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing support across a wide range of mental health concerns. She is committed to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical tools for meaningful change.
Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). She also incorporates a relational perspective in her work and has completed Level 1 training in the Gottman Method, supporting improved communication and connection within relationships.
Carry has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She also works with children and families to support emotional development and strengthen relational dynamics.
As a native Nevadan and graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Carry maintains a strong connection to the local community. Outside her clinical work, she is a Master Gardener and enjoys gardening, cooking, and painting.
Carry provides care in a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment, helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their growth.
