Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). She also incorporates a relational perspective in her work and has completed Level 1 training in the Gottman Method, supporting improved communication and connection within relationships.

As a native Nevadan and graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Carry maintains a strong connection to the local community. Outside her clinical work, she is a Master Gardener and enjoys gardening, cooking, and painting.
