Find Support, Healing, and a Path Forward
Life can be overwhelming at times, but therapy can help you regain clarity, strengthen relationships, and build the tools needed to navigate difficult moments with confidence.

Adult Therapy (18+)
We currently offer therapy for adults experiencing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and personal growth. Therapy focuses on helping individuals better understand their experiences, strengthen coping skills, and build resilience.

Trauma Focused
Therapy
Trauma-focused counseling helps individuals process and heal from difficult or overwhelming life experiences in a safe, supportive environment. Trauma can impact emotional health, relationships, self-esteem, sleep, concentration, and the ability to feel safe or connected to others. Treatment may include evidence-based approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), grounding techniques, emotional regulation strategies, and supportive talk therapy tailored to each individual’s needs.

Couples Therapy
Relationships can face challenges at any stage. Couples therapy provides a supportive space for partners to improve communication, address conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. Our therapist works with couples to develop practical tools that support healthier and more fulfilling relationships.

Child & Adolescent Therapy
Child and adolescent therapy provides a supportive space for children and teens to express emotions, build coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Therapy is tailored to each child’s developmental needs and may help with anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, school stress, trauma, self-esteem, family changes, and social difficulties. Our goal is to help young clients feel understood, supported, and empowered while strengthening healthy communication and emotional growth.

Substance Use & Recovery Support
We provide therapy for individuals seeking support with substance use concerns. Treatment focuses on understanding underlying factors contributing to substance use, developing healthier coping strategies, and supporting long-term recovery. Therapy may also complement medication-assisted treatment when appropriate.

Parenting Support
Parenting support in therapy helps parents and caregivers navigate the challenges of raising children while strengthening family relationships and communication. We can provide guidance with behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, parenting stress, co-parenting challenges, family transitions, and improving parent-child connection. Our goal is to help families build healthy communication, confidence, consistency, and supportive home environments that encourage emotional growth and resilience for both children and parents.
